Rumours about their relationship came to an end in October when they announced that they were in fact an item.
Still very much in the honeymoon stage of their union, Ariana Grande has gushed about her boyfriend Big Sean in a candid interview.
Admitting that she still holds back when it comes to discussing matters of her heart, the 21-year-old who is besotted with the rapper, 26, revealed that she is ‘very love-up’.
Speaking to Now magazine about the Finally Famous lyricist, she said: ‘I like boys with a bad boy kind of style, but Sean’s the best boy I’ve ever met.’
She continued: ‘He’s a sweetheart.’
Not going into too much detail about their blossoming bond, the Break Free songstress added: ‘I’m not that open… I’m still a little shy about it. But I am very happy and very loved-up.’
Grande previously dated The Wanted’s Nathan Sykes and internet comedian Jai Brooks whereas Big Sean, real name Sean Anderson, was formerly engaged to Glee starlet Naya Rivera.
In September, Anderson said of the pop princess during a radio chat with Ryan Seacrest: ‘That Ariana is very, very special. She’s very special to me.
‘Everything she has going on is good with her, everything I have going on is good with me, everything between me and her is good, and I’m just going to leave it at that.’
Last Tuesday, Grande and Ariana put on a very affectionate display when they performed at A Very Grammy Christmas event in Los Angeles.
The couple took to the stage for a live rendition of their duet Best Mistake in which Ariana could not keep her hands to herself as she grabbed onto the lapels of Sean’s tuxedo.
Following the set, the pair both took to their Instagram accounts to share behind-the-scenes pH๏τos with their fans, and Anderson captioned one of the snaps: ‘Me n my Ari’.
